How to change the stigma of Mental Health

Use the word "Psychological" instead..

Imagine the difference it would make if in every press conference and every article the word "mental" was replace with psychological - the stigma of "mental" illness would change.

Psychological Health - Psychological Illness - Psychological, not Mental. It would make a difference.
